The men in this story were perfect except I really wanted to run cormac over with my car at a lot of points but he really does grow on you!! Maddox was my everything and the way he felt for Ridley from the beginning was just perfect and I wanted him to have a chance!! Jun 08, Ann rated it it was amazing. Ridley was hiding in Hawaii for the last ten years. If I had to go into hiding I think I would choose Hawaii too She runs a motorcycle repair shop with her best friend and on the side she helps rescue women dealing with abusive or stalkerish men.

We'd love to invite you in

There were some mysteries and a little romance and a tough independent mc. I will be waiting anxiously for the next book. Jul 24, Air rated it liked it. I found this book easy to read and the story line made this book a real page turner. I loved that the female MC was strong, worked as a mechanic, had superpowers and a badass attitude.

I loved that two of the guys were Bisexual and that her best friend is a lesbian. I love the book setting and the plot of the female vigilante with superpowers But what let this book down was the lack of any sex scenes, portraying the bisexual relationship as less than "I feel more for her than him" instead of I found this book easy to read and the story line made this book a real page turner.

But what let this book down was the lack of any sex scenes, portraying the bisexual relationship as less than "I feel more for her than him" instead of "I like them both"! There was no plot twists, it was predictable, I didn't like the whole morale debate of a five way relationship a book advertised as reverse harem should not need to explain itself!! There is no HEA, she does not join their team or have a relationship with them. All in all an awesome idea for a reverse harem poorly executed! Sep 13, Puna rated it really liked it Shelves: Another series I will certainly be addicted to.

Another strong heroine that I love. Interesting story and plot. Slow-ish burn but that's okay.

Strong, no nonsense heroine. Everything I need for a great read! This is the first of the series and it's not complete. For some reason, I thought this was a completed series. It isn't but that's okay because I'm willing to wait. It's kind of weird that it takes place in Hawaii Ohh yay! It's kind of weird that it takes place in Hawaii and the author actually incorporates that.

They'll put like, the local diner instead of actually naming a diner. I look forward to reading the next installment. Jul 14, Janet Bethuy rated it really liked it. The main character does have a complex emotional makeup, which is good. Not all RH books have that, and frankly most are little more than literary porn. Nothing particularly wrong with that, but it's good to have some extra variety. Those are the only reasons I wouldn't give it a full 5 star review. Other than those points, if you are a fan of RH and superhero style action, this would be an excellent read.

Jun 10, Book Addict rated it it was amazing. What a fantastic book! This is the first book I have read by this very talented author but as soon as I started I was immediately hooked and very invested in Ridley, the guys and Malia. Ridley is a bloody fantastic badass, strong, independent and emotionally cut off and put her together with her bestie Malia and what a dynamic duo.

See a Problem?

I could not get enough of these two. But then of course in comes the hot, powerful, slightly broken guys and you can just feel the connection. As soon as I started this book I inhaled it and it was impossible to put down! I cannot believe the ending though!! Cannot wait for book two of the highly recommended exciting, captivating action-packed new series!!!

May 24, Cassandra Cobb rated it it was amazing. Where oh where to start Crash is a fantastically written, at times cleverly witty, and severely kick-ass slow burn reverse harem book. Helene Gadot is an amazing writer who is able to pull the reader in with fantastic various POVs and realistic reactions to moments that occur in the story. While I loved the story I was able to read it all in only 5 hours because I got so sucked in , I absolutely hated the ending because of the ginormous cliff it left me on! I cannot wait for Boom and hope I Where oh where to start I cannot wait for Boom and hope I don't have to wait too long to receive it!

I absolutely freaking loved this book!! I need more of Ridley and the guys because that was teasing and I need more of Malia because I want to know her story. I definitely look forward to reading more of her work. May 22, Stacia rated it it was amazing. I loved this book! The premise of the book is very interesting. I love how the author showed this world where Marvels and humans lived side by side and how they governed themselves. The characters are super interesting and I got totally sucked in! I want to know more about each of their stories.

I also feel that if book 1 is any indication then book 2 is ramping up to be pretty hot! I need to know what happens next! May 22, Kokom1 rated it really liked it. I received this as part of the ARC group. Overall a good read with a slow burn RH feel. Loved the MC as a strong, kickass, smart mouthed female. I fell in love with the guys. Great descriptive writing that got better as the book progressed. I felt like the book was running hot and building to a feel good climax and then I had a bucket of cold water tipped over my head.

A little disappointing on the ending but it does leave the I received this as part of the ARC group. A little disappointing on the ending but it does leave the possibilities open. Well done on book 1. May 24, Angela rated it it was amazing. This is the first book I've read by this author so I wasn't sure what to expect but I ended up absolute!

And her foursome of sexy aces who only want to help her, especially Maddox le sigh. That ending was killer but I'm keeping hope alive and can't wait until the next book! Jul 27, Anastasiya Modelskaya rated it it was ok. The plot was good, book a bit dragging but fairly interesting. The ending of the book left me irritated to no end! Most of the book I was waiting for some sort of a relationship to form, not only has nothing formed but I spent hours being teased with characters almost seeming like it will happen, but nope someone had some excuse and off we went into more of beating around the bush Jun 10, Laura Duval rated it really liked it.

Not bad for a first in the series Solid 4 star rating! The storyline was different from other paranormal romances I've read but it was good. I do love super heroes. There was some editing such as missed words in sentences or wrong word used such as she instead of he then one instance where the author shifted from narration style to first person for one of the sentences but the story was good enough for me to over look it.

I am excited to see what happens next.

Jun 20, Jessica rated it it was amazing. I loved Ridley and her guys! I also love the premise of superheros and villains and everything not being as it should. The fact that the guys have dark pasts just like Ridley makes it even better. I dislike how it ended, but that's probably just because I love Ridley and her guys so much! I am so excited for book two and can't wait to read it. Crash is a definite must read!!! May 25, Sydney Isaac rated it it was amazing.

Filled with suspense, action, and humour, Crash is an absolute delight to read. The superpowers are used creatively and the twists and turns keep the reader constantly guessing. The characters are really well developed throughout the book, Ridley is one of my favourite heroines for a long time. I'm hyped for book 2, that cliffhanger was brutal and I still have so many burning questions! Sep 05, Bethany Fisher rated it liked it.

Would recommend to those who like fantasy erotica with quick easy plots, which honestly I myself don't. May 31, Katie Hoffman rated it it was amazing. Oh I hope the 5 of them get together in next book. I was so sad at end. Mainly since it ended.
