This book was certainly helpful before going, however one caveat. When going to the stands and getting the Gluhwein, we found that they would not just fill up any mug from any stand. We were told several times that since we didn't buy the mug they wouldn't fill it. If you don't want to keep the mugs you must turn the mug back and the occasional token in to get your deposit. This is best done by standing at the tables by each stall.
